How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days across Pakistan. Express delivery (1–2 days) is available for Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! We offer a 30-day hassle-free return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS with a tracking number. You can also check your order status from your My Orders page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Online payment options are coming soon.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders above Rs. 5,000 qualify for free shipping. A flat Rs. 200 fee applies to smaller orders.
Are all products 100% authentic?
Absolutely. Every product sold on "Peakwear" is sourced directly from verified manufacturers and is 100% authentic.
How do I find my size?

Can I cancel an order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number.
